Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund or Exchange

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
